What is Career Counseling,

The word career and counseling are different. The word career covers a complete type of employment from semi-skilled to high skilled ranging and from semi-professional to professional. The word counseling means one person helps another through successful conversation or we can say that counseling is a method of identifying a solution through a practical method.

1. Career Planning

Career planning is an ongoing process in which an individual understands oneself making wise decision exploring the career. A career planning is not the thing that is done one time in life, it is an ongoing process which varies time to time profession to profession.

   2. Career development

Career development is the process of managing learning and works for moving further in the career. The policy of any Organization development is more important in any person careers. The organization development look at how a person works in organization and outside the organization and second is how an organization structure the career progress of their employees.

   3. Career Management

The person career start with career planning then he goes further to develop its career with the help of work and organization policies related to Organization development (OD). After successful career development now its time to manage its career through career management.

 Career Management is a tool of development overall career and strategy. It enables employees to better understand their own careers, skill develop and give better and good direction to it.
